Whether you love or hate FOX network’s pre Batman series about the underbelly of Gotham city, you have to appreciate their casting choices.

The series started with slow and measured premise, watching a young detective Jim Gordon clash guns with Fish Mooney, Carmine Falcone, Oswald Cobblepot and other notable future Rogues Gallery of Batman’s.  They’ve also brought in such notable baddies as young Selena Kyle and Victor Fries, a knowing nod to Catwoman and Mr. Freeze.

This next season promises to be even bigger, bringing in Indian Hill, the facility where Dr. Hugo Strange creates metahumans. The most exciting part, Stange is being played by the FANTASTIC BD Wong.

“What [he] is doing in there is indeed very, very bad. Imagine the worst thing someone might do, then multiply that by 10,” Wong teased.
