With the coming of Tolkien week this September and the celebratory dual Bilbo and Frodo Birthday Bash on the 22nd, Peter Jackson sure knows how to deliver a birthday present. Not only did he release an all-new trailer to revel in that gives hits as to where the film may split the book (seemingly with the eagles) but he also unveiled four clips that range from the signing of his adventuring contract to the riddle game with everyone’s precious bipolar anorexic. We get our first in-motion glimpse at Silvester McCoy’s Radaghast the Brown, the mystical voice of the animals portion of Gandalf the Grey and Saruman the White’s wizard order of Istari. We see that the more whimsical qualities have been retained with the stubborn dwarf humor. Our pint-sized heroes go down, down to an extended Goblin Town to battle the Goblin King and his minions. Yet one thing’s certain…regardless of details, it feels magical to be back in Middle-Earth.
