Eleven years ago today the United States was shaken. Speaking as a fellow New Yorker words cannot express what this day meant to all of us. Everyone experienced in one devistating blow, an unexplainable pain.  As we watch helplessly our nation be attacked.  To this day we can still all tell you exactly where we were when we heard the news. It was something that was shocking and unbearable to even think about let alone witness over and over again on the news.

In our time of need the comic book industry as well as many other venues tried to express their emotions through their main venue.  Comic books were released such as “A Moment of Silence” and “Heroes” which showed the pain we all felt.  Now 11 years later we simply ask that people take 10 seconds from their day to offer a moment of silence for the friends, and families of all those who lost someone important that day.
