In the lastest pieces of news it seems that the CW has decided to allow The Flash Pilot, debuting October 7th, to run over a normal episode’s view time. Guess the Supernatural episode will be cut 3 minutes short?

For those who never heard of The Flash Barry Allen, played by Grant Gustin, was 11 when his mother was killed and  his father, played by John Wesley Shipp, was convicted of murder. Barry is raised by Detective Joe West, played by Jesse L. Martin. Now, Barry goes on to work his fingers to the bone in an attempt to put together the pieces in the truth of his mother’s killing. In his attempts to find the truth Barry becomes obsessed with a particle accelerator, created by Harrison Wells, played by Tom Cavanagh. Wells runs S.T.A.R. Labs with his team of scientists, Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) and Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes). They claim that the invention will bring about unimaginable advancements in power and medicine. Guess what happens next? Freak accident boom the Flash is born.
