Today is all about Back to the Future, and Nike finally did it.  I mean, a big part of me thinks Nike shoe scientists (yep) have had this under wraps since 2011 when they had a limited release of the Nike Air Mags and were waiting for just this moment, but who cares, right? Self lacing shoes are a thing now, if you have the likely $10,000 or more to buy them this coming Spring.

Here is a video where you can almost see them working, but definitely hear the motor cinching down the laces on Michael J. Fox’s foot.
