HomeAlone2! This movie is second only to Ghostbusters2, as my absolute favorite sequel in comedy. This time set in New York, Kevin comes face to face with Harry and Marv after they escape from jail. The same shenanigans ensue as Kevin’s chased through the big city of New York. pretty much the same set up, story, and plot but with a toy store owner and a shy bird feeding lady. I still laugh at every cheesy line. I can’t help it Tim Curry is a hilarious addition as an antagonist and Rob Schneider nails the obnoxious bell hop perfectly. Also I find myself giggling at “get in your knees and tell me you love me” scene and BOTH “cool jerk” scenes. It’s a McCallister Family (travel) Tradition.
