Citing a long list of issues that they say they may not even be able to fix while they still continue work on the game, Warner Bros. has opted to offer refunds for PC users of Arkham Knight. 

Members of the PC master race are probably already aware of the horribly broken PC port of Arkham Knight, the latest in a very successful, and mostly great series of Arkham games. It was even removed from digital stores and overhauled for four months and returned with a number of serious issues. Warner Bros. outlined the details on the Steam community page.
