Check out this 18,000 piece Lego Arkham Asylum that was built for Brickvention 2016 in Melbourne, Australia.

This is one of those stories that makes me ask myself what I am doing with my life that I am not building ridiculous Lego set pieces inspired by my comics and games. I was good at this brick building thing as a kid but damn, not as good as Dayton, who built this monster of a project this year and building a model of the Falaise Gap from World War II for the 2015 convention.

Step up your Lego game, people, get on Dayton’s level. The Asylum has five rooms and a max security section with seven cells, almost enough room for the whole Suicide Squad. The cell lights even work! As for Dayton, he wrote on Flickr, “I feel this was the milstone for me as a builder as this is something I have wanted to build for years now and I am so happy with how it turned out.”
