Yes, you read that right. From August 15-17 in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood, a Cheetos-based restaurant called the Spotted Cheetah will be open for business.

Food Network chef Anne Burrell is the mastermind behind this “dangerously cheesy” menu.

“I have a passion for cheesy, crunchy and downright delicious food. After years of cooking up dishes infused with my cheesy snacks, I was over the moon to discover that Cheetos connoisseurs had started sharing and liking their own,” Burrell states on the restaurant’s site.

Customers will be able to have the full three-course experience, deciding on everything from Purrfectly Fried Green Tomatoes, to Flamin’ Hot Limon Chicken Tacos, to Cheetos Sweetos Sweet and Salty Cookies. Check the site out for mouth-watering descriptions of each dish.

In the NYC area or seriously considering an impromptu trip next week? Currently, you are able make reservations here on Open Table.
