These days it’s so easy to make a run-of-the-mill MMO. So many of the elements are the same, the endless grinding, mindless combat, bland visuals.

Bethesda is out to challenge what you knew about MMOs with Elder Scrolls Online, and while not Skyrim pretty (it’s an MMO, cut it at least a little slack), the first person perspective might be all the game needs to deliver a swift kick up its predecessors’ backsides.
