Halo: Nightfall, the live action series released on Xbox Live (which is set between the events of Halo 4 and Halo 5: Guardians) is about to get a whole lot easier to watch. The full series will launch digitally on March 17, according to the trailer below released by Microsoft.

The series of episodes produced by Ridley Scott are being combined into a single, feature-length release that will be made available to rent or buy from video-on-demand services as well as DVD and Blu-ray.

Halo: Nightfall tells the origin story of Jameson Locke, a “a legendary manhunter and agent with the Office of Naval Intelligence.” Locke is also the playable co-star of next year’s Halo 5: Guardians and will be played by actor Mike Colter. The episodes are action packed and even if you’re not necessarily a Halo fan – worth the watch. If you haven’t bought the Halo Collection recently released on Xbox One and haven’t had access to the episodes – now’s your time to check ’em out.

Halo: Nightfall will be available on VOD March 17th, 2015.
