Bleeding Cool has news saying that Sam Raimi is going to be working on a screenplay for Evil Dead 4… or Army of Darkness 2… or whatever.

Here’s the actual quote from Raimi who’s in London promoting Oz the Great and Powerful and was asked about an Evil Dead sequel to the original: “I would love to make Evil Dead 4. My brother and I plan to work on the script this summer.”

I call bullshit.

I’ve heard talk about this over the years and it’s always bullshit. So until there’s a trailer and a release date and a Bruce Campbell inflicting wounds upon his person captured in glorious high definition… I call bullshit.
