Very much earlier this morning, Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling tweeted this little selection of things:

If you start at the bottom here on October 5th, she says “I’m tempted to post a riddle or an anagram”.  On the 6th, she posts this crazy sounding strange message, “Cry, foe! Run amok!  Fa awry!  My want won’t tolerate this nonsense”.

This tweet has been de-scrambled to read:

Harry returns! Won’t say any details now. A week off. No comment

Which was quickly followed up by these tweets from JK answering questions:

And her final response before going quiet:

So could this mean the return of Harry Potter to the film world?  It may very well be, it’s long been rumored to be in the works for the main core of Harry, Ron, and Hermione…

…except for the fact this upcoming film is supposed to take place LONG before the birth of those three, as Newt Scamander (who’s story this is supposed to be) wrote his “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” in the 1920’s.  I guess time will tell, and even then it might possibly be a fluke because time turners happen.

And another tweet just now:

EDIT/UPDATE:

Here is apparently the real message behind J.K.’s cryptic tweet.
