James Spader, know for playing a lot of creepy jerkwads in a lot of movies (and Daniel Jackson in Stargate) has been cast as Ultron in The Avengers: Age of Ultron!

What we don’t know is whether he’s just going to voice Ultron or also do the motion capture as well. Joss Whedon did get Mark Ruffalo to do the mocap for the Hulk so odds are pretty good that he’ll get Spader to do it for Ultron as well.

This is all assuming, of course, that Ultron will be mostly if not all CGI. Which I’d be surprised if he wasn’t.
