Mega Man is one of the greatest games from back in the day. It had a hell of a run with not only taking over the game world but it also had a pretty enjoyable cartoon back in the day. According too The Tracking Board 20th Century Fox and Chernin Entertainment are teaming up to create a film for Mega Man.

The team that brought us Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes are going to be responsible for this film and that makes me so so happy to hear! This could really be great news for the classic video game character.  Lord knows we do not have many great films that follow a video game series.

There’s still no word as to if this will be a CG animated film or a live-action movie. Presonally I would love to see it actually be a 2-d cartoon just to throw a curve ball at the world.
