Tonight’s Midnight Movie is another 80s classic- #FlightOfTheNavigator. released in 1986, it’s the story of David Freeman who gets picked up by an alien ship aka MAX (voiced by Paul Rubens). Somehow a simple abduction sends David 8 years into the future where he meets his family and a team of NASA specialist that try to figure out how this is possible. With the help of Carolyn, played by Sarah Jessica Parker, David escapes the NASA confinement and begs MAX to send him back to the time where he belongs. I had planned to watch and share all these uplifting movies of renewal in the new year spirit… but I’m really more of a fly by night, fancy flight kind of gal, and so i’ll be sharing space and scifi type movies into the new year.
