EW recently reported that Joel Hodgson, creator and original host of Mystery Science Theater 3000, is bringing TURKEY DAY back! Joel is currently taking fan suggestions on Twitter as far as which episodes YOU would like to see played on this special day. When, you ask? November 28th (Thanksgiving) at noon EST at MST3KTurkeyDay.com. And guess what? It also happens to be the celebration of the show’s 25th anniversary. How damn rad is this?!

A little history lesson: Back in 1991, Comedy Central ran the MST3K Turkey Day marathon annually until 1997.

Hodgson added, “It’s really been interesting, and I really loved getting to go back and look at these shows, especially the Mike/Kevin/Bill episodes, which I’m not as familiar with. They’ve been extra funny because I don’t know any of the jokes. That’s been a really cool thing.”
