IGN got the scoop on the latest FUNimation Entertainment film, Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F.‘
Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ is the 20th film in the “Dragon Ball” franchise, which first debuted in North America in 1986. In this film a group of Frieza groupies find a way to bring back their boy… or girl… Frieza always was much like Ed on Cowboy Bebop… no one ever fully knew what he/she was. But the groupies succeed in resurrecting him (I mean duh else we wouldn’t have a film) and now its up the to the Z-Fighters (aka Goku and Vegeta because no one else really has a chance) to save the day. And apparently there is another new level for a Saiyan to reach.
The film is set to feature the return of cast members Seán Schemmel as Goku, Christopher R. Sabat as Vegeta/Piccolo, Chris Ayres as Frieza, John Burgmeier as Tien, Kyle Hebert as Gohan, Mike McFarland as Master Roshi, Monica Rial as Bulma, Sonny Strait as Krillin, Ian Sinclair as Whis, Todd Haberkorn as Jaco, and Jason Douglas as the villain from last year’s “Battle of Gods,” Beerus.
The film will hits theaters August 4 and will only be out till the 12 in both U.S. and Canada.
