We already knew Batman: The Killing Joke was intended to be one of the next animated movies from DC and Warner Bros. in news released at San Diego Comic-Con. At the Batman: Bad Blood panel at New York Comic-Con we get the news that Warner Bros. and DC have given James Tucker permission to make the film rated R.

The Killing Joke story line lends itself to the R rating but it seems James Tucker may or may not go down that road. What do you think? ‘Make it R or don’t make it’ or ‘just make it already!’
