Ron D. Moore has done a truly fantastic job of adapting the massive first novel of Diana Gabaldon’s for television, and he hasn’t let fans down a lick.  If you haven’t watched the split first season of STARZ historical/fantasy epic, you really should.  It’s got everything; time travel, history, military excitement, kilts, druids, naked people, and a fantastic soundtrack.

We know that season two will center around Claire and Jamie Fraser in France, on a mission to stop/prevent Bonnie Prince Charlie from getting French support and monies to mount his grab for the throne of England, what becomes the Jacobite uprising and the horrible consequences afterwards for the Scottish Clans.
