The Hubble Space Telescope in 2003 pointed out into space at a dark little area adjacent to the moon.

The pictures below show what is called eXtreme Deep Field, or XDF, it combines 10 years of Hubble telescope views from just one portion of the universe. Only the accumulated light gathered over so many observation sessions can reveal such distant objects, some of which are one ten-billionth the brightness that the human eye can see.

Check out what the Telescope found.
