Following close on the heels of Batman V Superman, Suicide Squad wants you to forget about the scathing reviews for its universe builder and focus on what really matters: bad guys breaking shit. And Harley Quinn finally on the big screen doesn’t hurt either.

No matter what you thought of BvS, Suicide Squad looks more like a stand alone film within the new DC universe (think Deadpool), something that could just focus on giving us a cohesive story and crazy, fun performances. Yes, it’s dark and gritty, but if the trailers are any indication there is tons of fun here.

The new international trailer has a small amount of new footage, so it’s a must see for die hards.

Suicide Squad releases August 2016.
