OrgrimCWith the release of the Warcraft movie upon us, the guys and gals over at Weta Workshop have created a suite of videos to showcase their popular Warcraft collectibles range.

Weta Workshop has been a leading name in the design and effects industry for years working on iconic films such as The Hobbit, Mad Max: Fury Road, Avatar, and Godzilla to name a few among others. Now, they are expanding their line of miniature models and small scale collectibles after the growing success of their Hobbit line and continued demands by collectors.

The Warcraft range has attracted a large fan base and coincides with the release of the highly anticipated Warcraft film. Fans of the beloved MMORPG and lovers of the fantasy genre alike will be hard pressed not to appreciate the attention to detail and craftmanship that Weta Workshop has become renowned for, displayed in the collectibles range.

The collection boasts a wide range of collectibles from pins, pendants and rings, to 1:6 scale prop replicas and statues, and perhaps most impressively 1:1 scale prop replica swords– including the sword of Lothar.

Many of the collectibles, such as pins, pendants and rings are available for purchase now via the Weta Workshop website, while the 1:6 scale statues and 1:6 and 1:1 scale prop replicas are currently available for pre-order with a shipping estimated date of mid-July.

The collection is a perfect way to showcase your love for the critically acclaimed MMORPG and is a fantastic tribute to both the game and movie alike. While the collection is definitely impressive, to say the least, don’t just take my word for it. Check out the full collection in all its glory  for yourself featured below.

The Warcraft movie hits theaters in the US on June 10th. Will you guys be watching? What do you think of the Weta Workshop Warcraft collectibles? Let us know in the comments.
