Tonight’s movie is the 1965 animated special: A Charlie Brown Christmas. This was the first prime-time animated TV special based upon the comic strip Peanuts, by Charles M. Schulz. (Wikipedia)  A classic tale about the over commercialism of Christmas leaves  #CharlieBrown frustrated and searching for the true meaning of #Christmas.  A viewing of this was a must in my household growing up, with hot cocoa and roasted chestnuts too. I still come for the animation and story but stay for the beautiful music by the Vince Guaraldi Trio.
