Once upon a time there was a little show Fox network canceled called Firefly.  The fans were called Browncoats, and they proudly proclaimed you could not take their show from them, so after several years, they managed to get a feature film made.  Pretty awesome when a fan group is loud enough to be heard by the studios like that.  But it’s been quiet for the most part onboard the Serenity, until last november when Dark Horse Comics announced their acquiring of the comic rights to continue the story of the crew of the little firefly-class ship that could.
