Scores of classic X-Men fans were delighted when Bryan Singer announced we’d be seeing our fuzzy blue elf in the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse movie. The role went to Kodi Smitt-McPhee and today we get our first look of the true *bamf*of the team.

Looks like they’re keeping a certain visual style that mimics another mutant’s appearance, one that fans of Nightcrawler- Kurt Wagner will know to be a clue to his parentage:
