Dragon Con is the event of legends- 32 years of gathering fandoms from around the world to celebrate in Atlanta, GE during Labor Day. It is THE place to go if you love cosplay; from the truly obscure to the truly magnificent. There are panels covering every possible topic across genres, including an entire skeptics track for the nonbelievers.

Part of what makes Dragon Con special (aside from things like the live performances and the Atlanta Aquarium events) is the annual Saturday morning parade.

Snaking around the various Peach Tree streets (make your own jokes), the parade is a must-experience thing. You’ll maybe see the Batmobile, Transformers, Death Eaters, Disney royalty, Mad Max and Lord Humungus, G.I. Joe and Cobra marching side by side, and numerous “OH DID YOU SEE THAT?!” moments.

Here’s 2019’s parade in full, thanks to Dragon Con.

(Things kick off at about 14 minutes in)

So, join us next year, September 3rd-7th in Atlanta for Dragon Con 2020!
