The powers that be in the Captitol have been teasing us with little bits and pieces of the upcoming next chapter in The Hunger Games franchise, Mockingjay Pt. 1.  In this most recent scene, we see Katniss and Gale sitting in a center in what we can only assume is District 13, watching Caesar Flickerman on a television.  Caesar starts talking about “what really happened at the end of the Quarter Quell, directly from Peetah”:
