Thinking back into my earlier years, I can remember my introduction into music and the crappy bands our underdeveloped music palates found to be of interest. Before any Limp Bizkits or Linkin Parks or Len’s “Steal My Sunshine” (shudder), I had Sega Digital Media and Sonic the Hedgehog’s music, Nobuo Uematsu, Jon Holland’s Vectorman soundtrack, and, arguably the best video game soundtrack ever, Megaman X. It’s always great to see musicians give nods to the awesome video game composers. Which is why when I stumbled onto Foxsky‘s fast paced and totally danceable, “Kirby Smash,” I had to share.
Also, the music video is pretty damn funny. Where else can you see Kirby play tambourine for Michelle Branch and ask for five carne soft tacos?
