We’ve been seeing more and more images from the set of the reboot of the much beloved Ghostbusters series. This will be the third film in the franchise.

In the latest twitter post from Paul Feig we get our first glimpse at what appears to be the Proton Pack for the upcoming Ghostbusters installment.

My opinion on the matter is that it looks like something you would find on the steampunk Ghostbusters.

Also if you look closely the damn nuclear logo has a heart in the middle instead of the black circle…

If you missed it yesterday we also got a taste of what the new suits will look like, shin guards and all.

Many of you already know my stance on the production of this film. Ghostbusters was something I would have preferred they just left alone. It will be hard to not try and make comparisons to the original and as a result will make this a very large pill for me to swallow.

Ghostbusters stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, Kate McKinnon, and Chris Hemsworth, and is set to open on July 22nd, 2016.
