One of the costumes you see out there just as much or even more than the Deadpools, might have to be the myriad of Slave Leias. Well how would you like to be the one owning the original Slave Leia costume worn by Carrie Fisher in 1983, well if you have money you might be able too.
First bid starts at 80K on Oct 1st. The costume is made of “flexible, gold-painted red dense-urethane rubber,” according to Profiles in History. It’s an original that was worn on set, though some pieces were altered or replaced during filming “since several elements had to be resized due to Carrie Fisher’s weight loss during shooting.”
The collection of original world wide Star Wars lobby posters are also incredible and worth a look.
