Do you still remember all the words to “Bare Necessities” and “Be Like You”?  If so, chances are you are a fan of the 1967 Disney classic animated take on Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book.  It seems to be the golden age of remakes, and this (now) liveaction story of the manchild raised by wolves is the next title coming to theaters.

Directed by Jon Favreau, the film stars newcomer Neel Sethi as Mowgli, Idris Elba voicing Shere Khan the tiger, Ben Kingsley Bagheera the panther, Bill Murray as Baloo, Scarlett Johansson as Kaa, Christopher Walken as King Louie, Lupita Nyong’o mother wolf Raksha and Giancarlo Esposito as the wolf pack’s alpha male Akela.

The Jungle Book opens in 3D on April 15th, 2016.
