We have said in the past that Tron 3 was planning on happening. Well in the most recent reports is sounds as if Disney has pulled the plug on the idea.  The news comes from The Hollywood Reporter.

Originally Garrett Hedlund and Olivia Wilde were planning on reprising their respective roles as Sam Flynn and Quorra. It is still uncertain if Disney will plan to chase the light cycle once more but as of right now the future looks bleak.
