Tonight’s 25 Days of Christmas Movies, Midnight Movie is an oldie from 1994 by the Coen Brothers, The Hudsucker Proxy. Cowritten by Sam Rami who’s also listed as a second director in the credits. Another fantasy movie set during the Christmas season leading up to New Year’s Eve. Pretty much the plot is the invention of the hula hoop. A movie that has a Christmas tree in every scene and stars Tim Robbins Jennifer Jason Leigh John Goodman Paul Newman Bruce Campbell and Steve Buscemi.
