Pretty much a loose remake of the 1984 flick Silent Night Deadly Night, which is also loosely based on a true(ish) . There’s and ax wielding Santa out for revenge in a small town. Jamie King plays a smart but hesitant cop on the case while Malcom McDowell plays the bumbling and  clueless town sherif.  It’s a basic slasher film with over the top gore. A lot of hard core slaying and some nudity. it’s maybe two stars…maybe but I’m already cozy in bed and it’s on HBO. [ go or some shit]
